Mome reads Mommy, My daughter's way to spell it when she was younger... It stuck. My son calls me Mome... just like it looks. I now sign all my notes to them "Love, Mome". It's our inside secret and makes them smile. I always want them to smile.

Bubble Kids

I'll start by saying that if you are the type of person who is terribly afraid of germs, turn back now. I'm not that person. I do not even carry sanitizer in my purse (I can here your gasps). My children can and do get dirty, their dad is more worried about dirt and germs than I am, pretty funny, but at least it gives the kids "balance".

So I took my 2 (Boogie and Puddin' Pop) along with another little girl (baby) to the park. While I'm sure the other Mother's were cringing at the thought of the "germs" the 3 of them put their faces in contact with, but to me, it was a photo opp.

Pictures were taken with my cell phone so quality isn't the greatest, but funny none the less.

This is Puddin Pop!

This is "Baby"

And my darling Boogie

(Is it a boy or a piggy?)

  1. Even though I am a germ warrior, I totally think it is okay for kids to get down and dirty every so often and these pics were definitely worth a germ or two.

  2. Hi there! Dropped a card, hope to receive yours!

  3. Oh you brave, brave woman. I could totally handle the germs, it's the ugly stares I am so deathly afraid of. But my son drinks from dog dishes, I am sooo not any better.

  4. Heidi, both my kids ate dog food whenever they got the chance, and my daughter use to drink from the dog bowl as well. I'm not really concerned what "others" think, which makes it easy to let the kids be kids.

  5. They look like they are thriving and having fun..thats half the battle.
    I love the photos!

Thanks for stopping by. Let me know you were here.
