Yay. Yesterday I finally got my WiiFit. So, I thought I would track my progress here. I'll post a weekly WiiFit update and see if it can help me lose the 20 pounds I am trying to lose. I am currently at a 26.46 BMI and am trying to get down to 22.89. I have my goal st to lose the 20 pounds in 3 months. I did a 30 minute combined workout yesterday, and another 30 minute workout today, and hopefully will be able to sneak in another 30 minutes if I can get hubby to get the kids out of the house. Since yesterday, I've lost .4 pounds.
The system makes it easy to do different exercises without even realizing your doing it.
