Mome reads Mommy, My daughter's way to spell it when she was younger... It stuck. My son calls me Mome... just like it looks. I now sign all my notes to them "Love, Mome". It's our inside secret and makes them smile. I always want them to smile.

Why is it my fault?

So Hubby had to pay back his boss for some money he borrowed (a business expense for an employee appreciation day, his share for his employees) today. His reimbursement comes in his bi-weekly paycheck and he needed to retrieve the money from the bank as his boss was requesting cash (why a check wouldn't do? I have no idea.) Anyway, Hubby went to the ATM to retrieve money and realized that he didn't have my debit card. That's right, my debit card. He lost his several (9 or so) months ago and has yet to get a new one from the bank. So he comes home all ticked off that I got my card out of his wallet. Now mind you I told him this morning that I was going to the bank to deposit some checks. He knows that I refuse to go inside the bank and prefer (as in always) the ATM to the long wait in the drive thru lines (and on a Friday?) So after 14 years of knowing me, why did he think my debit card would be in his possession? Can someone help me with this?
