One of the easiest ways I have found to give back is through FreeRice.com. You simply answer questions in a variety of subjects and for every question you get right, 20 grains of rice gets donated through the UN World Food Program to help stop hunger. Since it started in October, 2007, FreeRice has generated enough rice to feed 2 million people.
By playing the games on FreeRice you are also benefitting yourself, with language skills, math, art and other topics, you're enriching your mind while giving to others.
