I posted in the past about my onset of adult acne over the past ten years. It made me feel a lot better to know I wasn't in this position alone. Several of you commented that you suffer from similar problems and it was really a relief to know that I'm not the only one who has trouble keeping my hands off my face They say that's the number one key to reducing breakouts. It's probably awful of me to post this picture of Cameron Diaz and no harm to her is intended. I just know seeing someone so beautiful with similar ailments makes me feel a little bit better. I thought it might help you too.
