The Results Are In

American Idol is doing things a little different this year and has put through 36 contestants to start airing the live shows. The first 3 weeks will be comprised of groups of 12 and this time the girls will NOT be separated from the boys. The talent is large and the Boys are going to dominate the show (in my opinion). Surprises: Jamar Rogers NOT making the cut. Tatiana, Nathaniel, and Alex getting through. I also have to wonder what the outcome of Joanna Pacitti will be. There is no doubt the girl can sing, she's already put out an album and has had contracts with Geffen Records and A&M Records putting her and AI under scrutiny with viewers who think the performers should all be amateurs. For such a seasoned veteran, you would think she would be able to remember the words.
