Last year when getting school supplies for Handsome I bought myself a nice wall calendar to keep track of events, half days of school, birthday parties and all the other stuff I try to juggle. It worked really well, runs on the school year (August to July) and was so helpful I bought another this year.
I use color coded markers to keep track of each family members "events" (No. I'm NOT OCD).
Now that Handsome is all into reading and writing I'm finding cool notes on my calendar like "Loser Day". Really?
Then Hubster decided he needed to write the kid's Christmas break on the calendar (with the never-ending-arrow that went into the following month) after the school called with their pre-recorded message reminding everyone...and he used a REGULAR pen. WTH?
This serves as notice that the calendar is mine! Hands off. Get. Your. Own.
lol...loser day...lol
ReplyDeleteLOL!!! I love my "command central" as I call it. And I too, use a different color for each of us! :)
ReplyDeletei don't even own a calender lol not sure the free one that came from the local mp in the letter box counts.

ReplyDeleteYes. I was thinking of you with the "I'm not OCD" comment;)
ReplyDeleteHe thought it was pretty funny too. There was another one..."stupid day" or something like that. I should have taken a picture...but I didn't think of it before I tossed the month out:(
ReplyDeleteIf I didn't have my BB calendar I'd be completely lost :)
